Mat Time
Bring your own mat, rent one for $3 when you arrive, or level up with our signature OG mat—we’ve got those (plus some cool merch you'll love). Want to make life easier? Add unlimited mat rentals to your membership for just $25/month. Just ask us—we've got you!
Late Policy: Let's Start Strong - On Time
We love having you in class — and we want you to catch every minute of the experience! That’s why doors close right at the scheduled start time. If you’re late, we won’t be able to let you in (and your spot may go to someone on the waitlist). This helps us keep the good vibes flowing and everyone safe, settled, and fully in the experience of our classes. Arrive early, stay present, sweat happy
What do I Bring to Class?
Bare feet — all classes are done barefoot, so kick off those shoes and get grounded.
Here’s what to bring:

Water – hydration is key (and we promise you’ll earn it).

A towel – especially if you plan to sweat… which you will.

Your mat – bring your own if you have one, or rent one at the studio for just $3.

Want your own gear? You can also buy your own OG Fit Studios mat—just ask us at the front desk!
We’ve got all the OG tools covered: light weights, bands, and everything else you need to crush your workout. Just bring your energy — we’ll handle the rest.
Love the gear? Select OG Fit equipment is available for purchase in-studio—so you can bring the vibe home with you.
How Long Are Classes?
All OG Fit classes are 1 hour—just enough time to sweat, sculpt, and feel unstoppable.

Parking
Street parking and retail lot parking are available on-site. Arrive a few minutes early to find your spot and settle in.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, classes and memberships are not transferable.Thanks for understanding and respecting our policy!
Memberships
Need to cancel? We get it. A 30-day notice is required in-studio. Just swing by and fill out a cancellation form to officially wrap up your membership.
The Fine Print (Nothing Sneaky, Just the Basics):
Your membership auto-renews each month, so you’re always ready to roll into class. Need to take a break? No problem — you can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year. Just stop by the studio to set it up.
If you decide to cancel, we just ask for a 30-day notice in person at the studio.
Just a heads up: All sales are final and non-refundable once processed. We like to keep it simple and clear! :)
OG Fit Membership Freeze Policy
Need to hit pause? We’ve got you.
We get it — life throws curveballs (or maybe just vacations). You can freeze your membership if you need a breather. Here’s the deal:

You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month, and up to 2 months per calendar year.

Just let us know at least 5 days in advance of when you’d like the freeze to start.

While your membership is frozen, you won’t be billed, and your access will be paused.
-
Freeze time doesn’t count toward any minimum contract terms.
To keep it smooth and official, all freeze requests must be done in-studio using our freeze form.
No email requests, DMs, or smoke signals — we want to make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
OG Fit Studios™️ Privacy Policy

4. Message Frequency and Charges
By opting in, you may receive recurring text messages from OG Fit Studios. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us directly at the email address below to revoke consent.
After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS communications from OG Fit Studios unless you re-subscribe.

7. Compliance
OG Fit Studios complies with all applicable laws and industry standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
All communications clearly identify OG Fit Studios as the sender.
